What kind of events can I book The Wander Bar Co. for?

How do I book The Wander Bar Co. Mobile Bar NJ?

Simply head to our "Get a Quote" page and provide a few details about your event. We'll follow up with personalized pricing and more information tailored to your needs. Once we’ve customized the perfect package for your event, a 50% deposit will be required to secure your booking and date. On the day of your event, we’ll arrive two hours early to set up—then, the fun begins!

Do you provide the alcohol?

Due to liquor licensing regulations, we are unable to provide alcohol as part of your booking. However, The Wander Bar Co. Mobile Bar NJ will take care of everything else needed for a top-notch bartending experience, from glassware to garnishes, mixers, and expert service.

What insurance do you carry?

We carry both General Liability and Liquor Liability insurance to ensure full coverage at every event we’re booked for. If your event space requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI), we’re happy to provide one to meet their requirements.

How far will you travel?

We’re excited to bring the party to you, whether you’re in NJ or beyond! For events more than 25 miles from our base, we ask for a small fee of $1.75 per mile to cover travel costs, including gas, tolls, and the time it takes to bring the celebration to you and your guests.

How much does it cost to book the Wander Bar Co?

Packages range depending on the bar choice, guest count, event type, distance, and level of service you’d like for you and your guests.

What are the dimensions of your mobile bars?

  • The Wander Bar
    Dimensions: 8' Tall, 13' Long, 8' Wide
    Once our truck delivers The Wander Bar, we can easily move it by hand to your desired location. We just ask for a flat surface and ensure any backyard gates are at least 8.5’ wide for smooth entry.

  • Lady Magnolia
    Dimensions: 8.5' Tall, 24' Long, 8' Wide
    Lady Magnolia requires a truck to drop her off and pick her up. She’s ideal for spacious venues like farms or large corporate events, offering ample space for a full bar experience.

  • The Little Guy Portable Bar
    Dimensions: 6' Wide, 3' Deep
    The Little Guy is compact and versatile—think of it like a DJ booth! We typically set it up on a corner for maximum efficiency and flow.

Do you serve parties without alcohol?

We’re thrilled to offer our mobile drink trucks for any event! Whether you're hosting a celebration with or without alcohol, our drinks, crafted with fresh, high-quality juices, make for delicious mocktails or non-alcoholic beverages that everyone can enjoy.

Do you provide bartenders a la carte?

We’re happy to staff your bar, whether it’s at home or a venue, providing everything you need—except the alcohol. From glassware to mixers and garnishes, we’ve got it covered for a seamless, stress-free experience.

What is your payment / cancellation policy?

Booking & Payment Policy
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due one week prior to your event. Cancellations made within 120 days of the event are non-refundable, unless The Wander Bar Co. is able to book another event for the same date.

Weather Policy
In the event of inclement weather, we will do our best to cover our serving windows and keep your guests dry. If you’d like to reschedule, we are happy to accommodate. Please note, clients are responsible for providing any necessary outdoor tents. The Wander Bar Co. Mobile Bar NJ does not provide tents or other rain-related gear.
